At HPH, we place a lot of importance on talent management and we have never paused in our advancement of new ideas. That's why we initiated the Port Executive Programme (PEP).
PEP is a fast-track development initiative designed to pave the way for individuals with high potentials to start their leadership journey ahead of the rest. It is a highly customized programme dedicated to grooming future senior executives for HPH ports around the world.
This is a two-year programme covering:
- Two to three cross-function/country postings to develop functional and general management skills as well as cross-cultural capability
- Mentoring by senior HPH executives who provide career development advice and guidance
- Team projects to strengthen participants' teamwork ability
- Formal training including induction and management skills programmes to enhance industry and organisational knowledge as well as leadership competency
