A comprehensive talent management system is in place to nurture future leaders from within to cope with continuing business expansion. The HPH Global Leadership Development Programme (GLDP) is one of our key talent development initiatives. It is an 18-month programme consisting of a series of developmental activities, such as the HPH development centre, management skills training, mentoring and action learning projects to equip participants with the knowledge and network necessary to anchor their success in senior management roles at HPH. To date, over 90 executives from different parts of the group have attended this programme.
