Alexandria International Container Terminals (AICT) operates two terminals. One is in Alexandria and the other is in El Dekheila. Both terminals are situated on the Mediterranean Sea. They are well-positioned to handle cargoes from the hinterland as Alexandria Port serves as Egypt's main commercial port.

The two terminals have undergone an extensive modernisation programme and are now fully operational. Both terminals have a 12 metre depth alongside. Alexandria Terminal commenced operations in March 2007 and El Dekheila came online three months later.
